Initial free consultations are provided at no charge. No refund is applicable to free services.
All paid services offered through instaved.info are subject to the refund conditions below. By purchasing a service, you agree to this policy.
If you cancel your purchase before any service sessions have been delivered:
For multi-session packages or bundles:
Personalised digital deliverables (including CV/resume rewrites, written relocation plans, and career assessment reports) are non-refundable once delivered, as they represent bespoke work created specifically for the client.
If you believe the service provided was materially deficient or did not match what was described, please contact us at support@instaved.info within 7 days of the relevant session. We will review your complaint and, where appropriate, offer a remedy which may include a replacement session, partial refund, or credit.
If a session could not proceed due to a technical fault on our side, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost or offer a full refund for that session.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation. If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for services purchased online, unless service delivery has commenced at your request before that period expires.
